Torres Workforce Health Partners LLC (“TWHP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this Site. This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers our public website only. Information you provide to us as a client during a paid engagement is governed by your engagement agreement, not this policy — see Client engagement data below.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Torres Workforce Health Partners LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. For privacy questions or requests, contact admin@torres-whp.com.

2. Information we collect

a. Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), professional role or title, area of interest, and the contents of your message. We store this inquiry in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can respond to you and keep track of our correspondence.

b. Usage data. When you visit the Site, we collect limited, aggregated usage data — such as pages viewed and general interaction — through Vercel Web Analytics. This analytics service is cookieless: it does not set tracking cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you across other websites.

c. Cookies and similar technologies. We use only what the Site needs to function. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. If you set a cookie preference on the Site, we store that choice locally in your browser so we don’t ask again.

If we later add services that collect more information — for example account registration or online payments — we will update this policy before that collection begins.

3. How we use your information

• • respond to your inquiry and communicate with you;
• • provide, and follow up on, services or information you request (such as scheduling a discovery call);
• • keep a record of your inquiry and our correspondence in our CRM, so we can manage follow-up and understand which of our services people ask about;
• • operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site; and
• • comply with legal and professional recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where required by law (for example, for visitors in the EU/UK), we process personal data on the bases of your consent, our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site and responding to inquiries), and, where relevant, performance of a contract or a legal obligation.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site and communicate with you, and only to the extent needed to provide their service to us. These currently are:

• • Vercel — website hosting and cookieless analytics.
• • HubSpot — customer relationship management. When you submit the contact form, the information you provided is sent to HubSpot, where we store your inquiry and manage our follow-up with you.
• • Our email provider — delivery of contact-form notifications and email correspondence.

These providers are contractually limited to using your data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

6. Client engagement data

If you become a client, information you provide during a paid engagement — for example an employer’s OSHA 300 logs, workers’ compensation claims data, organizational information, or coaching materials — is handled under your written engagement agreement or Statement of Work, not this website policy. We treat that information as confidential and use it only to deliver the engagement.

HIPAA note. TWHP is not acting as a HIPAA covered entity or business associate through this website, and we do not collect protected health information (PHI) through the Site. We do not represent that any system is “HIPAA-compliant.” Any handling of PHI would occur only under a separate written agreement (including a Business Associate Agreement where required) after appropriate safeguards are confirmed in place. Please do not send patient-identifiable health information through the Site’s contact form or by email.

7. Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence — including the records held in our CRM — for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide requested services, and meet legal or professional recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them. You may request earlier deletion (see Your rights).

8. Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing admin@torres-whp.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

California (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or “share” (for cross-context behavioral advertising) your personal information.

EU/UK (GDPR). If you are in the EU or UK, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (TLS) and access controls to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies separately.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date above and, where appropriate, additional notice.
